Recreational trampoline classes at STA last for one hour which is offers a perfect dose of trampoline time for your child to get hooked on an exciting and challenging sport. We start all classes with a structure and measured warm up to allow our gymnasts to train effectively without injury before we move on to the trampoline. Gymnasts are given plenty time on the trampoline to develop new skills and learn to love our sport. We usually allow some time for some games at the end of the session and will usually include some physical preparation to strengthen our gymnasts bodies.
