Our competitive classes prepare our gymnasts to compete at Scottish Gymnastics competitions and allow our gymnasts to be challenged and progress through the British Gymnastics competition structure. Our competitive classes are more focused on execution and gaining skills and usually involve a lot more physical preparation to allow our gymnasts to jump nice and high on the trampoline and perform well at competition.
